▹ General Idea: With this project we want to encourage you to position yourself in society with a much more visible and active role in the analysis of problems, the search for possible solutions, decision making and their final implementation. Most importantly, we will learn how to create ideas with impact. Europe needs motivated young people like you, people full of life who want to be part of its creation, enhancing its European identity and making it more visible and stronger. To do so, we will work to give you the necessary tools, guiding you through the whole process and creating potential agents of change.

The main objective of Ideas for Change is to integrate different agents and knowledge sectors to use social activism and participatory democracy as the engine of change and evolution towards an empowered society. We will focus on dialogue, sharing good practices, experiential learning, comparing situations in each country, among others.

▹ Aims: This youth exchange aims to use non-formal education and dialogue for intercultural exchange to provide our participants with practical tools of scenic art techniques, setting up an extraordinary training opportunity of skills for an area such as labor market, where there are few innovative tools for this purpose. In doing so, we pursue to help the participants to improve their personal and social skills in order to increase their employment possibilities and their access to job market.
